terms and conditions
Upon booking a makeup service provided by BYCHIÈN, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below:
booking
50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Please be informed that the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Any date change is also not allowed. [For makeup packages that include skin preparation for makeup and eyelashes, hair accessories and earrings can be provided with a RM300 CASH DEPOSIT (Deposit will be refunded if the items are returned in good condition within 5 days, otherwise a penalty of RM50 will be charged). Any damage or lost items will be charged accordingly.]
payment
The remaining balance should be paid once the service is completed.
travel
Additional charges will apply for traveling to areas outside of KL (any place that is more than 30 km from BYCHIÈN HQ based on Google Map). A quote will be provided upon request.
artist
Under special circumstances, the company reserves the right to change the makeup artist for your booking.
photograph
BYCHIÈN reserves the right to capture photos or record any of our makeup applications, and may only use them for promotional and commercial purposes with the client’s consent.
liability
All of our makeup brushes and tools are hygienic as they are sanitized between every makeup session. The client should report any skin condition or allergy to the makeup artist prior to application. In the event that the client does not do so, BYCHIÈN shall not be held responsible for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.
